Property values have increased in Lancaster County or so says the assessor!

Lancaster county property owners have been receiving their new assessments in the mail this week!My own home went up $10,000 in value. So be it as I think they had it pretty low!  But my 2 rentals are another case!  They both increased about $15,000 and I don't believe I could get the old assessed value if I sold them now.Oh dear, what to do!.  You can protest in the month of June but you will need supporting documents such as a purchase agreement or appraisal to make head-way.  Good luck, property-owners!!
