It is a south facing condo so it has great NYC views. Its a very well maintained condo complex with security, privacy and ample space to walk your pets inside and outside, as well as enjoy the comforts of a large party room, spa, sauna and gym, all facing the waterfront, on property, at $50 a month. This unit is one of the handful which has a deeded, not assigned, parking with excellent elevator access. Coupled with secured access and concierge / security guard house, you can run this place from your couch. I have lived here as a single mom since 2006, as a new immigrant to this country and it has been home to me. There was only one owner prior to me who was a board member. Anyone who chooses this place to make their home will not regret it. Couple of times I had to stay out of town and it rented in a snap. All our policies etc. are up-to-date and renter friendly too. My tenants loved it because of the amenities and that its walkable to every necessary store, restaurants etc. You can also use it as an investment property. A large Asian developer is also looking to make a ferry landing at the far end, once they get approvals. It will significantly increase the value of the property. The town administration is very nice. I have known them for 15 years now and can always reach out to them for any help. We have Saturday farmers markets, music concerts in the marina and new activities in the very large park called Veterans Field, for every sports activity except swimming pool which needs an upgrade. We also have a private school, montessori, elementary schools. Middle and High school is served by Leonia and again, very good with access to Bergen Academies for STEM. It is truly the best of many areas with indoor tennis courts and tri-state's largest spa club. Wholefoods, Trader Joes and some very fine dining are other great assets. Commute to the city is a breeze by bus, ferry or rail. And the boardwalk is extraordinary, about 6-8 miles long where you can bike to all the towns until Jersey City.
