Wildlife dominates out here. Deer & rabbit in the front yard are common. Every year in the fall & early spring Bald eagles, Geese & Ducks are seen. Other critters seen/heard from our front porch: Fox, coyote, possum, Woodchuck, Squirrel (red & gray), Quail, Turkey, Owls, Red-tail Hawk, Cranes & Egrets. Turquoise Indigo's line the drive to greet you going out & coming in. Words are just words. People TALK about Peace. But when you cross that cattle guard & start down the drive a wall of trees swallows you up as the world disappears behind you... & you FEEL peace as it settles over your soul.
