There is a semi-trailer located near the pens at the old homesite that will stay and can be continued to be used for storage purposes.~RECREATION~Hunting can be found on the property in the form of whitetail deer and turkey to name the most prevalent. According to the current lessee, this well may need some repairs. There are several water dugouts found on the property offering natural water sources for cattle.~GENERAL OPERATIONS DESCRIPTION~The pasture and farm ground are currently being leased to two separate individuals, each with a year to year lease that will cease with sale of the property.
