The seller has replaced all the water lines from the pump and throughout the home and was in the process of remodeling the bathrooms. There are two wells on the property, a domestic well and a agriculture well in the front yard, it is unknown if that pump works or if that water is decreed or not. There are several old cars, trucks, boats, and a camper on the property.
