I have been fortunate to have come to Beaufort County South Carolina in 1993. Since my arrival I have seen many changes and improvements in the entire county as roads and building of homes and business attracts new residents. I am originally from Columbus, Ohio and went to The Ohio State University. I have been successfully involved in family business in the polymer and gasket industry in Sales, Product Management and as President/Owner with the experience of developing products, planning manufacturing facilities and negotiating business purchases and leases over many years. Additionally, I have held insurance and securities licenses with Metropolitan Life & State Street Investments. As Realtor for 6 years in South Carolina and past securities licensing I have had the fiduciary experience of working with and consulting clients about the most efficient way to invest their funds into a home that they can enjoy. I typically encourage clients to stick as close to the budget or max price they have designated so their budget isn't maxed and they can live and enjoy al that is offered to do and see. This is where my knowledge of the entire coastal county and its hidden gems that developers have built comes into play so we can locate a home that exceeds expectations.
