Larry Davis

I grew up in Eastern WA, played and lettered several times in Baseball, Basketball & Football through HS. Was part of the State Champions for basketball & several local & regional titles (in all sports). Lettered and played baseball in college at Washington State University and still play competitive hardball today with 5 world series rings and an MVP (as old guys). I was married for 25 years, have two daughters (both local) and doing well, we bred and showed dogs (Beagles mostly). After some life changes, I now have a lovely significant other and our dog. We like to travel and play with our free time. We look forward to good health and new adventures.

Experienced, nearly 30 years as Realtor/Broker Residential Construction Certified (RCC) Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) Have worked in many facets of Construction Numerous training classes of useful programs related to real estate. Member of NAR, WAR, SKAR and various Chamber of Commerce Groups

Positive, Personal & Professional, has been my motto throughout my Academic & Sports career. It started in Junior HS, through College and has continued throughout. I try to treat others as I'd like to be treated (Golden Rule). I have managed and directed many in my former employment and I have an engineer and management background. I enjoy many things but helping others has always been on my forefront,
