About Me

     I offer you professional and dedicated real estate service in Washington, DC and Maryland with special emphasis in Prince George's County and Charles County. My office is located in the center of Upper Marlboro's two residential zip codes, 20772 and 20774. This location gives me the opportunity to keep knowledgeable of all real estate activity in Upper Marlboro. As your real estate agent, I will be your guiding light from our initial contact all the way through settlement. I will make buying and/or selling your home simple and without frustrations. I welcome the opportunity to satisfy your real estate needs.
    My goal is to provide my clients with the most trustworthy, professional, competent, personal and computerized service available so that their real estate objectives can be achieved timely and at the very best price.
    My experience in the real estate profession began in 1993. This lengthy and continuous experience has taught me to handle most situations that may arise in getting a transaction to the settlement table. I can work with you as a buyer agent or seller agent, whichever is your preference. I am knowledgeable and up-to-date on all first-time home buyer programs enacted by the Government on the local, state and Federal levels to help first-time buyers achieve the American Dream. For sellers, I will prepare a marketing plan designed to get your home sold in the first 30 days on the market by employing INTERNET state-of-the-art marketing techniques.

My Qualifications

     I acquired my real estate license in Maryland and Washington, DC in 1993 and received my GRI designation in 1996. I am affiliated with NAR, MAR, GCAAR, MRIS, NARFE for professinal and educational enhancements to my real estate career . I participate in continuing education provided by these professional organizations to keep up-to-date on what going on in the real estate industry, especially, legislative updates and professional ethics. I subscribe to a variety of real estate related services and products so that I can offer my clients quality service.                                            

My Background

     My education and training include a BS in mathematics from Huston-Tillotson College, graduate courses at the University of Texas, and hundreds of hours of training in the real estate profession including the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.
