Hello, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Michelle Swift and I absolutely love working with buyers to help you find your perfect home. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and have also earned my MPR designation which stands for Military Professional Relocation Specialist. Last year I closed almost $10 Million in total sales volume and finished 2018 ranked in the top 10 of over 200 Realtors in Yuba and Sutter Counties. I currently volunteer in our Real Estate Board Charities such as, Clothes for Kids, and Toys for Tots.

After earning my Masters Degree and Teaching Credential in Agriculture from California Polytechnic State Univ. in San Luis Obispo, CA. I taught school for a few years, married and had 2 beautiful daughters. I homeschooled my girls until they were in High School, then decided to get my Real Estate License which is something I have always wanted to do. I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people, solving problems and seeing the amazing joy and happiness that my clients have when they purchase a home or sell one for more than asking price!
