As a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Professionals, I will ensure that you have the best quality of service for your needs. I started out in real estate as an investor and I currently still continue to invest in the market today. I decided to become an appraiser to get a better understanding of the core principles that establish value for various types of properties. After doing that for a few years it provoked my interest even further into the market of real estate. That eventually put me on the path to become a professional real estate agent.
Working with Sellers
It's takes strategy and creativity to get top dollar for your home in this market. You've invested a lot of energy, time, and personal finances into your home. You need a Realtor who understands the market and also understands your position. An agent who can acquire the best value for your home, establish the right marketing strategy for the property, produce the timing of the events that keep you comfortable, and bring to life the hidden features of your home! These are all techniques that I provide for my clients. A part of this boils downs to numbers, which is why at least 15% to 20% of my gross income is put right back into my marketing! Aggressive marketing is needed to attract that specific unique buyer to pay that number you are looking for! Any person I take on as a client I feel is a person of quality and quality people deserve quality service!

There are a plenty of financial products available to help buyers achieve the dream of home ownership. Mortgage rates are still at historic lows! It helps you to deal with someone who is familiar with the variety of programs and incentives in place to assist an individual looking to purchase a home. However, if you don't know about them how can you take advantage of them?... You can't. This is where having a knowledgeable Realtor on your side comes in handy.

My duty as an agent is not to sell houses, that is a byproduct, my duty is to serve with people with a strategy that will meet their goals and exceed their expectations! Whether that goal is to sell their home at a great price by a certain date because, of an employment opportunity out of state, or a family is upgrading to a new home. The reason could be they've out grown it, or maybe they desire a better area to raise their children....achieving the requests of the client that will most positively impact their future is always the focal point for me. As President of Kingdom Mindset Community we are seeking to rebuild the infrastructure of the Metro Detroit city one community at a time. That by itself will greatly strengthen the surrounding areas (Macomb, Oakland,Wayne). We are doing this on a grass roots level by working with the local neighborhood organizations, contractors, and community supporters. We are focused on creating home ownership and cultivating community pride. In addition to providing home ownership there is also a need to educate and support real estate investors in Metro Detroit. A better educated investor equals better housing and makes a stronger community. Also I continue to partner with innovative entrepreneurs that help create jobs and increase revenue through out the region and provide employment which will provide support for more families. At my church I lead the Community Outreach Ministry, Male mentoring, and take part in the New members ministry. We teach, educate, train and go out to the community addressing the needs of others through Jesus Christ.
