Sample Lender Pre-Qualification Letter

John & Mary Buyer are pre-qualified for a residential loan in the amount of $300,000 for the property located at 1234 Apple Street, Hometown, CA 93063. This qualification is based on a 30-year conventional mortgage at a 3.9% interest with total property taxes not to exceed $5,000 per year.

Based upon information received at the time of application, along with credit and income verification received and reviewed by ACME Mortgage Co., the applicants described above meet the requirements for a conventional loan at the terms previously stated.
